I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was very near to all the big named shopping complexes in the area. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore and enjoy my time in the city. The hotel staff were also very friendly and provided me with great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were in good condition and I appreciated the attention to detail. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a perfect way to start the day.
Everything was great, no improvements necessary.

Conveniently Located: The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular shopping complexes and attractions in the area.
Poor Maintenance: The rooms were not cleaned properly upon arrival. There were stained sheets, rusted taps and showers in the bathroom, and broken towel rods.

Great location! Close to all the major shopping areas and very easy to get around the city from. the breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and always happy to help. One of the best things about this hotel was the value for money, the facilities it offered were really impressive for the price we paid.
The bathroom was a little run down and could have been a bit cleaner. There were also some minor maintenance issues, like a loose cabinet door and a light bulb that needed replacing.
